The boxes are made from high-quality pine wood. We use knot-free, properly dried material with a residual moisture content of 10–11%. The doors, side walls, and back panels are crafted from brushed wood, which highlights the natural texture of the material.
The entire production cycle is fully handcrafted — including cutting, milling, two-layer painting, hardware preparation, assembly, and adjustment of all mechanisms. After ensuring that everything functions perfectly, we disassemble the box, pack it carefully, place it on a separate pallet, and ship it to its new owner.
We use high-quality mechanisms and fittings from American /South African manufacturers. Stainless steel screws (A2 class) are used in all essential connection points.
The product is intended for self-assembly. A package with screws, bolts, mechanisms, and instructions.The Charcoal Grey Ultra Pro paint and Woodoc Wood Stain antiseptic provide durable protection against the elements—including UV radiation, moisture, and mold. The standard color options are charcoal grey . Other color options are available upon request, for an additional R650 Please specify your desired color code
Lead time: 3-7 days
Delivery is handled by an international transport company. Your order will arrive on a truck with a lift, on a 1200×800 mm pallet, and the courier will hand it over to you at your doorstep.
